No Live Chat Option

Hi, all!

Has anyone managed to connect with Google on live chat lately?
No matter the question, I just don't see the option.

This option was limited around covid time, it was only available occasionally. I haven't seen it available for over a year now.

Is it only available in certain countries? I have never seen this function in Germany.
