No Menu button for business category "pest control services". Why?

I just created a listing for a pest control bussiness using category "pest control services" in Colombia -South America. I do not have the MENU button like other companies the same city. I also manage other listing " tour operator" and i do have the MENU button.

My listing was published last Monday Jan 28-2019.

Any idea why or what to do to have the MENU button?

Facing the same issue with pest control companies in the U.S. They think it is a bug on Google's end.

@Herreraa, do the other local pest control companies also use "pest control service" as their primary category? Whether the menu shows up usually depends on the category, and if those companies picked a different category, it's possible they triggered the menu to appear.

Or it could be a bug, as @ashley.smith said.
