Kinda crazy I have to post this here as PS support is slow/non existent. Really strange as they've been such a great tool over the 15 years I've been doing this.

Has anyone else experienced any issues with them lately?

Mine include:
  1. Automated reports not running (almost 2 weeks now)
  2. Reports ran in the past missing
  3. Charts not pulling in all data
I reached out to support and had to email twice to get a reply. Got this:

"As with any large update or maintenance there always seems to be trailing bugs. The Dev team is hard at work getting everything squared away. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause but rest assured, they should have everything back in its place and 100% functional soon."

News to me that there was even an issue. Didn't see any email about it. Their website doesn't have a blog I can see. No socials I can see either.

Anyone know what's up?

Apologies for the frustration here.

We had a backend issue that affected scheduled reports and some historical report visibility. The scheduler issue has been fixed, scheduled reports are processing again, and your historical data has now been backfilled.

If anyone else is still seeing missing history or scheduled reports not running, please reach out to support or reach out to me directly and we’ll make sure we get it looked at. The core issue should be resolved now, though some queued scheduled reports may still take a day or two to fully finish processing.
