Smart Target Ads that Use GMB Info

Have you used the Smart Targeting that Google offers in Ads?
I run some for a client and trying to get some more clarity around it.
Seems the ad shows sitelinks but I'm not sure where they come from. They aren't the same as organic sitelinks.

Following.

I only have Smart Campaigns for a Google Grants client - which they had set up prior to my takeover - with no ability (that I know of) to set sitelinks. Guessing they may be auto-generated by Google using the domain.
