Suspended Listing not being reinstated Case ID 6-9148000032266 Google support no longer responding

Hi All,

We have received a response from google that the listing is not being reinstated despite providing video evidence, registration certificate, and address hidden as he is SAB.
Can someone please have a look into this one the client is naturally extremely frustrated.

Hi Jaimie,

This is so odd and another user this week has experienced the same. I'm nearly certain Colan will encourage you to post and share the details at the official GBP Forum, which as a Product Expert, he can more easily assist with possibly being able to raise attention with Google. Stuff like the details, including case ID, etc.
