Understanding the GMB

Hey guys, I am looking everything in my bud's GMB and have some questions please.

First I see it showing Complete Your Listing 80% but I am not seeing any options to bring that to 100%?

Next, I am seeing Listings on Search 119 and on Maps 3. What do those two mean please?

In regards to " Complete Your Listing 80% " have you filled out all the standard features? (description, attributes...etc)

Yes I had filled out every single thing for him so I am not understanding why it is showing only 80%

You aren't seeing suggestions like in this example?

No. Something like that is what I had expected to find. Looking at the many tabs in the left pane, not seeing anything related to this.
