Website clicks and Calls not matching up?

Hey guys, I am not understanding this. For the month of December in the GMB performance page, the amount of calls shows 62 but the website clicks are showing only 33, can anyone explain this for me please?

Thanks, help me clarify the sequence leading to the calls please. So first, we are talking strictly about the 62 calls coming from only the 3 pack listings? If yes, you are saying that some people will immediately call the number shown in the 3 pack listing and won't bother to click through to the website, is this all accurate please?

The calls reflect people that called directly off Google, they never visited your website. They only track clicks-to-call on mobile so it doesn't capture all calls.

Ok but I was always thinking that whatever the Stats Calls in the GMB shows means they come only from the 3 pack listings and not the Organic listings, is this accurate please?

Yes, it's clicks-to-call on mobile only on the Google Business Profile, not organic.
