I read recently that keywords in domain names still play an important part in rankings. I am assuming this is even more true for local businesses if it is the case.
My first question is, is this true?

If it is true my second question is:

If I run a plumbing business in Seattle which domain name would have the best SEO value (bearing in mind it is available)

plumbingseattle.com
plumbing-seattle.com

Are search engines able to see that the keyword "plumbing" is in the domain in example one since it is not seperated by a hyphen

Finally, would adding the location in the domain name help?

Thanks
