Why I Can’t See the Client Dashboard Anymore

I am facing challenges in editing this profile at the moment. I can's see the dashboard that we usually see for all of the GBP profile. I have a client with 10 gbp profiles with different different clietn but now i am not able to see below attached dashboard for all of the i have manager level access which was working well but now this issues it has limit the edit option.

You say you have manger level access but have you registered as an agency:
