From what I've heard the new insights regarding clicks, views and such are much improved and a lot more accurate than what they used to be. How about the call insights nowadays?
As far as I know, the call metrics haven't really changed. It should still be based on every time somebody hits the call button on a mobile device. If you activate the call history feature, you will definitely get more granular call data though.
