Hotel-type businesses do not have the option to add business descriptions. The business description comes in from "various sources" and what you add in Hotel Details. It can sometimes take time for a Hotel description to show up even after you've gone through the entire Hotel Details section...

Update: Clients who are not lodging-related still show the IG link and IG still shows in the social drop-down in GBP. Lodging clients don't show IG in the drop-down, but may still show the IG link in the knoweldge panel:

Hi Stephan, No warnings in SC, only only page marked Crawled - Not currently indexed. That page was previously indexed. Thank you for the reminder on Owner status! I was there as Full rather than Owner. I also made sure the actual business owner was listed as an Owner, too.

OH Wow! That's rough.

That's good to know, and makes total sense. In this case, the old photos are so bad, and come up so prominently, that it would behoove them to be removed so that potential guests don't think that's what the hotel looks like now.
