GBP Photo Flagging is Failing on Captcha Errors

I have been trying to report old,outdated GBP photos for a customer. I go through the normal flagging process, but when I get to the submit button, nothing happens. If I click it again, I get a Captcha error. Eventually, the captcha verification expires and tells me to try again. I check the checkbox once more, then submit. Thus begins the circle of errors. It never goes through. Anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone have tips or work-arounds?

I always double check failing on page function issues in an incognito window with no active browser extensions.
