Which field in particular were you able to get them added to? On our listings it only shows the base of the URL in the listing itself, e.g. xxyyzz.com, not the extended location-specific URL which comes up when you click the link.

Just make sure that you're giving all customers the same opportunity to leave reviews on external sites and not gating them based on if they leave positive or negative feedback, e.g. only displaying a link to GBP if they say they had a good experience.

The URL provided in the Ask for Reviews link and the URL from the View on Maps button are different, but @seaniaaa's recommendation for using GatherUp works perfectly!
