Hey Stefan, seems like the appeal process is broken. They have a second GBP which is currently not verified. Can the client just verify with this new GBP with a different address? They have different franchise locations with the same company name. They obviously don't want to get suspended...

Thx ABuck. They're more of a lodge/ecolodge, but same deal, so I figured that one out, but thx for the confirmation. However, their profile is glitchy. Cover pic not updated, but pending and then verified by Google. Logo same but both not showing up. IG is on the GBP but cant edit or remove...
