Great guide and tools to use. I did it and got my citations indexed for 24 hours or something really quickly. But checking them today got some deindexed.

Google could be running some tests about the categories.

You could use copyscape where you think they have sent you a duplicated content and paste part of the it of the whole text if you wish.
