One of my clients has received an email from Kenect, claiming they can remove 55% of Google negative reviews. My reply has always been to stay away from most of these companies, any feedback on Kenect here?
Thank you,
Bill
...perhaps, but I've been at over a dozen restaurants that use them to direct diners to the menu (no paper menus), and my auto body shop clients are using them to send people to 'mobile photo estimate' forms.
UPDATE: As mysteriously as the client was removed from the 3 pack, this morning the client is back in the "A" position. No clue. Thanks @keyserholiday , @carolyn2 , @JoyHawkins , @seoninjaguy , @Colan Nielsen , and whomever I missed, appreciate your feedback.
@seoninjaguy - thanks for your input, the 3 pack listing did not come back after removing the popup, I did add the drop down bar, however I have that on over 50 other sites and the 3 pack ranking on those has not bee affected, oddly enough, this client is still #1 organic listing, in many cases...

Was a Yext partner for 4 years -as @keyserholiday mentions; the whole show went to hell after their IPO. Prior to that time my account rep would check in every few weeks to be sure all was well, and was always available by phone or email in under 30 mins. After IPO, I had a new account manager...
Hey Jason, thanks! Actually the rankings tanked before the duplicate post was made, but thanks for bringing it to my attention. I think I know how you were 'looking over my shoulder' - :p
