Negative review removals

One of my clients has received an email from Kenect, claiming they can remove 55% of Google negative reviews. My reply has always been to stay away from most of these companies, any feedback on Kenect here?

I haven't heard of them, but more and more companies are popping up. I looked at their negative reviews, and it seems like they lock people into contracts and make it difficult to cancel. They also posted incorrect information about reviews on their website. I wouldn't trust them.
