Google Says I have a Duplicate Listing - I cannot find it anywhere.

Google is saying that there is a duplicate listing out there for one of my clients but I cannot find the other listing anywhere and nobody owns it.

Here is the listing we have confirmed - it has been around for a very long time

We just got the listing claimed and confirmed but they are saying that there is a duplicate listing out there that nobody on my team or on their staff has access to (That we know of of course)

Anyone see this second listing? and if so, can anyone give me the steps to claiming this ghost listing so I can combine the listings or eliminate the bad one?
