A new client has recently joined us and all was good we connected to there adwords through our MCC and added there locations to the agency dashboard

don't think they are suspended as there is no indication of that and the first issue happened on the 22nd of September and the information on the dashboard is yet to change which would seem to me like a very long lag
I reached out to google and they said they was an issue...
Is everyone else still only able to contact support through email/form

Two new clients are still pending since the end of May as no postcard where received( postcard was the only option give it was new building in the middle east

I was doing a bit of this yesterday for a new client of mine , the process is still the same as it always was , but the time taken when you choose postcard has been stretched a bit of the locations I was doing it was around 10 days more compared to when I did the same process...

For me the only two things that are now working are the redress form and email
