    Business does not exist here

I have a plumber client trying to get unsuspended. They have a physical office currently rented for the past year, with signage in the lobby and signage on the suite door. Business name is exactly/fully synced up. They have a city business license and utility bills, all with the same business...

LeadConnector Error Message When Accessing Messages in GBP

I would be happy to have your help Tim to get it resolved, thank you! Let me know how we can connect. I tried HighLevel about 2+ years ago but I haven't had an active account with them for at least that long...

LeadConnector Error Message When Accessing Messages in GBP

When I click on "Messages" in my main GBP, all I get is this screen. The GBP forum reply is locked. Anyone else seen this (or resolved it)? Thanks in advance!

GBP: Thanks for inquiring; we've decided to penalize you with no explanation.

Okay, appreciate the insight KH! Do you think there's anything to be gained by pushing it, or could that risk further loss? ("You're no longer allowed to post anything, anywhere, for any reason. We're happy to help!")

GBP: Thanks for inquiring; we've decided to penalize you with no explanation.

Where does it specifically say my *images* violated policy? They said “contributions”…. For them to say I “repeatedly” violated anything is disingenuous as there was no explanation as to *what* was being violated, which was the reason I looked into it. I was making a sincere inquiry as to...

GBP: Thanks for inquiring; we've decided to penalize you with no explanation.

I asked GBP Help for an evaluation of why our posts were being rejected for a medical client. I see other practitioners in the same space posting very similar content so I don't think it's a vanilla YMYL thing. After the usual pointless pointers to exceedingly vague help articles, and 2-3...

Two listings, one I'd very much like to close

I have a medical client with two listings. One is golden, the other is not. I would like to "disappear" the one that's not. I saw a video that suggested deleting all the info (except the phone number for some reason) and then "Mark as permanently closed". Will that do the trick? I'm a little...

Help needed with suspension - exhausted all resources.

Looks like you got their listing unsuspended as I now see it in the maps. What was the resolution?

Attribute used as Category by Google on Maps

Awesome! I'm going to show this to my client, who seemed to think I didn't know what the heck I was doing..!

Attribute used as Category by Google on Maps

No worries, good knowledge anyway! FYI, my problem was actually showing *without* any search applied. Just going to maps.google.com and drilling down on the precise location. It was about a "default" a situation as can be had! ;-)

Attribute used as Category by Google on Maps

*Only* in the maps view. That's what was so vexing!

Attribute used as Category by Google on Maps

Here it is -- GMB Helpdesk was finally able to resolve this one. Just a weird thing. Thanks, Colan!

Attribute used as Category by Google on Maps

I have a client who's map listing, on Google Maps, lists the category as "delivery", even though they are a bicycle store, and they are correctly categorized as such. I've updated their GMB listing and removed the attribute, since it wasn't that important to the business, and in the hopes that...
