Finally got some help. Had to recreate the listing from scratch. :rolleyes: They verified it on the spot but now I have to wait a week to make changes to the listing.

Did a quick check and we pop up in the local pack consistently but not so much in the page rankings for the surrounding towns/cities. For the city we are located in, we are in the local pack and first page rankings. This test was done using the search terms "attorneys" and "attorneys near me"...

I think the really difficult thing is that some of these towns won't have attorneys near them, as some are smaller towns surrounding a city with about 100,000 population (Where we are located). It seems that people in the surrounding areas are searching using the larger city's name but I don't...
