Might try reaching out to the provider you got the numbers from. Had an experience where we were told the numbers were 'recycled' but the previous business was still using the number on billboards and other non digital ads.

It has always been my understanding that multiple GBPs at the same location is fine as long as its different categories. But what about similar categories for example Dumpster Rental and Waste Management Service? Would that still be okay and be able to rank independently?
