A client has been getting emails about users asking questions on the listing, but the "answer" link in the email just takes them to the SERP with their brand panel and in the panel there is no Q&A section? What to do? Is this a category we have that is blocking the feature from showing? thanks!!
@Ben, let's say my organization account has been shadow flagged for higher sensitivity. What will end it? Do we not update sensitive areas? Not update as often? Or say f-it and just work with reinstatements every time and hope we don't get a hard suspension some time.

If used according to Google's structured data guidelines you should be fine. I just had a client that used Schema Pro and it didn't work with their theme so I removed it and manually added the schema.
This is suspicious. I have a dozen sites with Cloudflare, some www some non-www. It doesn't matter. Dig into this more with their support.
As Carrie said, with site wide redirects it's plausible to expect a minor dip as Google re-evaluates your site, but it should snap back to previous level.
