Is there any way to display traffic from bingplaces? I would like to convince my clients to use bingplaces. My ideas right now are: 1) use bing specific phone number to track calls 2) use UTM in website URLs. Does Bing have Google stats equivalent?

No it's not. It's in Google search In Google.com/maps search I can see the same photos as in your screenshot.

It could be a problem. I think in Europe every country has it's own valuable citiation sites. Maybe only hotfrog or kafito are Europe-wide.
