Seeing huge volatility for my dental clients since 4/9 and 4/10. Looks like more aggregate sites like Yelp, Opencare, and Healthgrades are pushing me down. Still holding my own on local pack. Anyone else?
It seems that the "owner" who left our agency finally had their gmail acct deleted and the ownership was transferred, thus deleting the agency management... we re-uploaded the entire list and seem to be fine. Scary moment.
I had all my GMB Managed clients disappear from my agency account. GMB says that it must have been us that transferred or deleted the clients. However, the clients appear when I log into the owner account with my manager/agency account as a user. The clients still appear on local searches...
It should depend on the industry (primary category). I would call back in 48 hours and ask them to escalate it. The weirdest part when I called is that GMB COULD see services on their end in my account, but I could not. I had to do a screen share to convince them I was being truthful.

I pestered the GMB phone line and services are now back in the client's account. It may be a bug, but it is something they can control.
We had a dip in maps listings right around the time the services disappeared. The traffic has not recovered in the week or so that we've had services back.
