Dentist Algo Change?

Seeing huge volatility for my dental clients since 4/9 and 4/10. Looks like more aggregate sites like Yelp, Opencare, and Healthgrades are pushing me down. Still holding my own on local pack. Anyone else?

Brightlocal notated a massive shakeup on the 9th. I know that Pet sitters show a lot of changes and they typically don't see a lot of ranking changes. Brightlocal sets its scale on 1 to 10. The average rating is 2.6. Anything 3 and a higher is indicative of a major change. April 9th the average was 3.6 and for the dental space, it is 3.9. Pet services were 4.71.

I've had a bankruptcy attorney that is getting pushed down quite a bit in the organic by 3rd party sites. Not the same industry but same results. Local pack is also holding.
