That's true but it could be used as a serious business tool to find out "how we did." I find that kind of follow-up usually inspires a genuine review from the customer.

I love these suggestions. I also love the mention about charging $50 for a post. I work with small to medium size businesses and setting a price for posting is always a difficult balance. It's always nice to see what others are thinking and doing.
