My client reached five Google reviews but no gold stars appear on heir listing. Is five no longer enough?

Another angle on the question for the thread. I assume you were asking about organic? How about the local results? Do you see more direct results in local once you have the five reviews with stars in your listing? Thanks, Kelly

Thanks for your help with that. My client was being told they need to recreate their site to a responsive design. In this case, I did not think it warranted the effort if only for the hopes of complying with recommendation that it needed to be responsive and their ranking issues would be solved...

I was just told by an SEO consultant that Google prefers a site built responsively over a site with a mobile website. Just want to check my facts. Is that for certain and if so does it make a big impact on your ranking? Thanks! Kelly

I am really interested to see how reviews will play into this change. Collecting reviews and getting them to stick has been frustrating at times in recent months. Do we think this process will improve as well...or intentionally stay a challenge to level the playing field? Love to hear your thoughts.
