I've been afraid to start this process myself after reading about the initial chaos, though the migration tool does seem promising. What additional benefits does the agency dashboard give you?

Could it be a spam tactic to unlink the website before unverifying? Would make the spammer tougher to catch in the act. I guess we'd expect to see spammier business names if that were the case though.

I'm really surprised this spammer got the pin. In my experience, the GMB address fields are super sensitive to missing/mismatching info and will keep throwing errors at me when I try to submit updated info that it doesn't like. Perhaps the spammer created this pin when GMB was less regulated...

When I'm trying to hunt these down, I Google the phone number on the listing. Often I'll find lots directory listings with a consistent address. Then I'll search Google Maps for that address on one screen and look at the service area on another screen and try to eyeball it to see if it looks to...
