I have noticed that many of our clients GBP insights data for both calls and web link clicks completely dropped off between the 3rd June and the 8th June. (Map direction requests unaffected) See attached. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks in advance!

Hi all. I have been trying to upload some videos to my clients GB profiles however I have noticed that the quality is drastically reduced and quite pixelated once uploaded even though the original video is of good quality. I also notice that the video shows up on desktop only and not mobile...
Hi. Thanks so much for your help. It's good to know we aren't the only ones it's happening to. So just to clarify, you had multiple people add the questions.. and then you were able to answer them from the owner account and the answers would stay put?
Or did you also have multiple people...

We manage a number of clients google business profiles and we have recently been adding questions to their Q&A sections and then adding the answers ourselves too (which we believe is encouraged to help rankings)
However, the answers keep disappearing after we have submitted them...
