Hi all. I have been trying to upload some videos to my clients GB profiles however I have noticed that the quality is drastically reduced and quite pixelated once uploaded even though the original video is of good quality. I also notice that the video shows up on desktop only and not mobile.

I've checked that the video meets the below Google requirements but it seems that google are still reducing the quality upon upload for some reason. Does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it? Many thanks

Video guidelines​

Make sure that your videos meet the following requirements:
  • Duration: Up to 30 seconds long
  • File size: Up to 75 MB
  • Resolution: 720p or higher
 
How long did you wait after submitting the video for review?

It usually takes Google several hours to process a video. I usually wait a minimum of 24 hours.
 
Hi All, Thank you for your comments.

I have checked this morning (video now uploaded weeks ago) and the quality is still pretty bad. So, sadly this isnt the issue.
