GMB Videos keep failing

Hi,

So we have not had great luck the past day trying to upload videos to clients' GMB pages. We've followed the instructions:

Make sure your videos meet the following requirements:

• Duration: Up to 30 seconds long
• File size: Up to 75 MB
• Resolution: 720p or higher

For whatever reason, they won't show. And the content is nothing controversial -- pictures of kitches, livingroooms, bathrooms -- all original, owned photography from an interior design client.

Any idea what the problem could be?

By "they won't show" - do you mean it will not upload? If so, you need to contact support and ask them for help due to a technical issue Sign in - Google Accounts

If there is another way to verify offered, like text or email, do that instead.

No - this is just a simple tour video -- nothing about getting verified. It's like 7 still photos, put into a video and we wanted to add to a clients GMB via the Add Photos button/option.

Ahhh I see. Is the video not being approved, or is it approved and just not showing on the Knowledge Panel?

The first thing you want to do is make sure all your photos meet the guidelines for Google Business Profile.

then your best bet is to contact Google using this form and see if there is an issue they can fix.
