Fairly new GBP, less than 5 reviews. NO CTR boost. 0 citations, 0 backlinks created by me. They do not even have a logo yet lol....

I agree hours can affect rankings but you'll need to provide more info on this. "GBP was ranking high, and the main traffic on that URL was from GBP " I assuming you used a page that was not your homepage as the "website" on your GBP profile? Did you update your schema? citations...

It goes against everything we know about google and it's serp features, so most likely a bug

As of the last 3 months. Google and it's reps has completely revamp their approaches toward local businesses. They have been super helpful and knowledgeable.. I can't believe I just said that. Lol

Business rankings after a week of just using A.I Mode to interact with the business. ( 25+ chats ) This is extremely interesting, I plan on pausing the A.i mode engagements for this keyword and see how long it takes to decline, Ill share more in a bit. This might be better than CTR After a week
