    Thank you @ElizabethRule. That’s great information. I’ll give it a try and see what happens. Interestingly, Google didn’t send an email about removing the reviews. The only reason I know about them is the 3rd-party monitoring.

    I've noticed something similar with my clients, loosing old reviews... mostly positive ones. @Henry LocalClarity At that 3-5% rate, do you choose to do anything about it? Just wondering if it's worth the effort, or if this is just a cost of doing business with Google.

    That stinks. Did you check if your map pin is still in the correct spot? Just a thought as that seems to be a problem going around, and there are other threads here on that issue.
