Thank you @ElizabethRule. That’s great information. I’ll give it a try and see what happens.
Interestingly, Google didn’t send an email about removing the reviews. The only reason I know about them is the 3rd-party monitoring.
I have started monitoring client GBP review changes via Jepto and am truly surprised at the number of positive reviews that vanish. Many are old reviews, but sometimes they are less than a year. A few I can see possible issues with and I would let slide, but the majority I suspect are...
I've noticed something similar with my clients, loosing old reviews... mostly positive ones.

It still says verification is required, but it now has one option to verify: a live video call. This is different...

I have been working with a client on a practitioner listing. The practitioner previously owned her own GP medical practice that has closed and she is now operating a Med Spa at a different address. We've been working to get a handle on a variety of GBPs, but the one giving us the most headaches...
Thank you, but I'm unsure what you mean by 'onsite service hours.' Is that a 'more hours' classification for certain categories?
I've attached a screenshot of the 'more hours' options I see for this client. It's the online service hours I'm curious about. Are you thinking they should also be...
