From Google GMB Update: I heard back from Google and they said "The spam team has reviewed the business listing and it is was proven to be a valid listing, based on our internal resources. Hence, we were unable to take any action on the reported listing."

Can't the GMB link be directed to any page not just the "homepage"? "The GMB listing always links to the home page of the website" I have see websites for businesses with multiple locations each GMB location has a separate landing page on the same website.

Has Google commented on when an business with multiple locations and GMB profiles, overlap in LSA, for example same company is shown in top three listings?

Does the amount charged the advertiser vary like other Google products? Does someone with more reviews, more stars pay less than someone else? I have talked to people in the same area regarding the same professions and there seem to be a difference in cost per connection.
