As of this morning I noticed the ability to side scroll the top image/videos in the listings on mobile. Like a carousel.

We have run into this as well. This is Google's doing. We have used 2 options. Insert our main domain link or link to the CDC.org website. It appears this is just for certain types of businesses and we are hoping Google will remove this over time.

It seems things have settled a bit today. Maybe this was just a blip with the Core Update. 🤞

Howdy. I work for one of the largest health systems in the U.S. and we do as Jenny described above. Since we have more than doctors (nurse practitioners, etc.) where one wouldn't use the appellation first, It's helps consistency.

I see as of this morning for us, all of the workarounds to use the profile manager are gone. A few things like switching to primary owner are not very user friendly. With thousands of profiles to manage, this is slowing our team down substantially.

I have found that after opening the Google Business Profile Manager and finding a location, if you click on the locations Add an image icon (the camera) it will take you to your images page. On the images page, you will see the menu on the left to edit all areas in the manager.

We have thousands of profiles we manage and found this same issue. One workaround we found is that if you click on the add a photo icon for the business in the profile manager, you'll be able to see all of the options to edit on the left. This will probably stop working at some point I imagine.
