Side scrolling images and video in mobile

As of this morning I noticed the ability to side scroll the top image/videos in the listings on mobile. Like a carousel.

This is in search, is it, not maps? odd, on maps I'm seeing a carousel, but I'm not seeing the grid view anymore... I think in maps it was doing it already, wasn't it?
