Want to Verify by Live Video / Not Recorded Video

I submitted an email to support this morning and received a non-answer to my request. I have also posted in the Google Community.
I currently have only one option to verify my business and it's by Recorded Video – I would like to change my option to Live Video Call.

Hiya Yeep. Only Google Support can determine when they will schedule a live video, but - to my knowledge - existing options need to be attempted first. Why won't the recorded video verification option work for you?
