Haha ... I like to pre-tell that to serious people so they just say something stupid. Which 99 percent of the time they do anyway! (Per your example.)
Yeah, this is great. I wish all the threads on this forum has this kind of interaction.
@keyserholiday it was actually kind of the opposite now that I think about it.
It was a single practioner so all reviews to originally him and the practice went to him. Then they expanded to an additional location and added 3 more doctors, so when we came on we created new GBPs for the new...
Have you ever had a practitioner fight you to get them back?
That is what happened with us. Then Googled deleted ALL of the practice reviews and we had to work to claw back the ones that didn't mention the practitioner.
Even if they mention the doctor?
I don't know if that's a gray area (other than people doing it) as it's against Google policy. We always tell the client the doctor reviews belong to the doctor and we have to release the profile to them when they leave. (Or just plain release it.)
We've had...
If a practioner has the same address and phone number, and it's obvious they worked for the main practice ... are people saying Google is OK with you merging them?
I thought reviews always followed the practioner?
I mean if a doctor was someplace for 15 years and had all great reviews, why...
Yeah that is what has happened to us.
But then you can just add them to a main account.
Was just wondering if that was still a thing. Or if creating accounts with new e-mails leads to suspensions.
I bet ... though the concept of 350 profiles in one place seems a little hard to manage, as well.
We typically put all locations into a group, like DR OFFICE -- PHILADELPHIA, DOCTOR OFFICE -- BALTIMORE for the larger clients with many locations.
Is there a downside to doing it this way? We...
Maybe this was "back in the day" but I remember having to start new accounts when we hit 100. Now, I am talking about in like 2019 or 2020.
Am I nuts? This *is* a pre-coffee recolection.
Does it matter where the groups were originally created, or what e-mail account created them?
Also, is there still any sort of numerical limit for how many profiles can be in one group/account? Didn't it used to be 100 or something?
Hi:
We have a client that has 5-10 separate GBP groups, with a total of maybe 400 GBPs total.
What is the easiest way to put these all into an account the client can access? Is there something like an "Agency Account" that can be used for client access?
In addition to there being no way to check the review, if I try to resubmit it (I was trying from a different browser) it just keeps saying "Something Went Wrong" with a picture of toast of something, lol.
I think I have discussed this issue before. (And I think others have this same issue unless it's been fixed somhow....?)
Google never gives me the option to check on the status of reviews I have already submitted. All it says is "submit new" and there is no way to check the old ones.
Is there a way to open up a case with Google to provide more information that a review is fraudulent?
I have a client that is a medical practice. They had a very negative review posted to the practice GBP accusing a doctor of malpractice and some other shady things. Thing is ... the doctor...
Do you also typically check search volume versus that term?
I always tell my clients I have ranked #1q for many things, just nothing anyone searches for. LOL.
