Any updates on this problem? We just had a client experience the same thing where a competitor moved their office pin to a random location. Is there a risk in moving it back to the original office location?

More of a ranking puzzle than anything, but how do you resolve a situation where a competitor is the only GBP showing up in the main right-hand panel of the SERP for a high volume search? Have a client with a similar number of reviews and a much higher rating, but a competitor has this spot...

If Google suggests them it's likely there's content on your site related to those services. But rankings is different question. Ranking requires a focus on search intent, understanding your position locally and your competitors.

I'm wondering if this can be resolved with the "suggest an edit" function on Google?

Contacting Google can be tricky. You can try to leave a message on the forums but that's not as reliable as it used to be. What's the issue with the listing? I'm sure someone here has seen and resolved it.

Yep, looks like the issue is being resolved in various locations. Likely a server issue somewhere.
