Mike, thanks, but I believe the solution is to have 2 sites for the 2 languages. We do have a storefront in the sense that we have order forms and online payment.

Hola Belén This is clearly a glitch, it's only one review which in error appears several times. I suggest you make TripAdvisor aware of this anomaly so that they fix the issue. Steve

It won't help with all 14 of your clients, but you should do what I, and I'm sure many others do), use a different browser for each client. So use Chrome, Firefox, SeaMonkey, Edge, Opera etc. That way you won't be asked for so many verification tests. Or surely there's an option where they add...
