@Tim Colling My business got 2 reviews which were published after after 3-4 weeks.

My couple of listings are suspended and few clients listings are vanished from the GMB dashboard. From those vanished listing, I have reclaimed some of them and some of them it is not showing in Google Map as well.

Update: One of my client were dropped in maps ranking but not yet returned who ranked in maps for years.

Same thing happened with one of my client's website (related to Legal). It was in the 3 pack but now it dropped to #10. Around 10 days back we have updated product section from the left menu links but now that PRODUCT link is also not available on the left side.

I agree with Joy because I have seen lots of attorneys are using DNI with AVVO without losing the ranking specifically due this reason.

@Tony Wang Since I am remotely working for the clients, I always share all the login information including domain registrar and hosting details via Google sheet, taking website backup with clients Dropbox account.
