I've seen this happen occasionally, and it does seem like Google sometimes temporarily filters reviews even when they appear completely legitimate. The fact that you can still access it through the notification email suggests it hasn't necessarily been deleted outright.

I've seen something similar happen after Google removes a batch of suspicious reviews. It almost feels like the profile gets temporarily flagged, and legitimate customers have trouble leaving new reviews for a while.
If it doesn't resolve itself after a few days, I'd probably contact Google...
