411.ca Citation Removal Issues

Hi there,

I've been attempting to remove/mark as closed a location for a couple of months now on the website '411.ca' through the 'Report a Problem' function but to no avail - the citation is still there as if the location were open. Has anybody had any success with amending 411.ca listings in this way? Can anybody provide any direction as to how I can move forward?

Hi Cave,

All (or almost all) listings on 411.ca come from Yellowpages.ca, so your first step would be to get the listing removed on Yellowpages.ca. Once you have this sorted out, you could try sending an email to help@411.ca as they've been helpful in the past.
