500 Error When Troubleshooting Verification?

We haven't yet received our postcard so I clicked on the "I don't have a code" link and got a 500 error page. Has this ever happened to anyone before? I've tried refreshing a few time but figuring its just something on their end?

What is also weird is in our dashboard - I have the panel where it gives links to the live listing on Maps and in search - but most of our info is missing...?
