Accepting Photos of a Review, but not the Review Copy

Hey all,

So I've run into an example of a customer leaving the attached review, but if you look at the listing (link below), you'll only see this content in the photo section and not the review section. It looks like Google accepted the photo portion but not the copy. Anybody else seen this?

Yes, Google has been filtering out a lot of reviews in the past 6 months now. You can ask for help on the forum.

I've had the same thing happen.

Too time consuming to chase each one. Best to ask clients to use a different review platform
