Accidentally used other brand name in my GMB listing

I know its sounds like "how it can be accidentally?" what really happens is one of the big brand name is Nova Patrick (i don't want to use the exact name) and they have many products in the market one of them is Dr. Nova and I created my GMB with Dr. Nova Patrick and there is domain also available with this name so I booked that domain and designed the entire website and started doing SEO and one of my friend told me that Nova Patrick can give you copyright as i am using their brand name.
So what should I do? any suggestion?
