Added photos by category and they don't show up live unless I click From Owner

Hello,

I've added a bunch of photos to GBP by category. When I look at the location live, they don't show unless I click From Owner.
Why wouldn't they show under All?

It looks like they took a little while to propagate. I see the pics in the All tab now!
