AIOs finally arriving in Quebec, but still English only

I know expansion in Canada was announced way back in October, but I had not seen it happen here yet.

• Started geeting AIOs in English on mobile last week (dunno quite when it started, I hadn't been using it much for a month or so)
• Started seeing AIOs in English on Desktop, but only when logged off

Not seeing AIOs in French on any platform yet. I assume when they start showing for the french-speaking areas (they aren't there yet as far I know) they'll start showing here too?
