Any Advice on Collections

I have a guy who is very deep in arrears now - like over 6 months, and is no longer returning calls, etc.

I had chat gpt write up a note with a warning of impending legal action, but, that didn't work.

What do you do after a client doesn't respond to warnings of legal action if they don't pay?

I don't have any legal advice to offer but I would have canceled or put their account on pause after a month or two of missed payments.
